According to the Baghdad Daily, the dean of University of Salahedin has regretted giving Nouri al-Maliki a Master’s degree and after seeing his plans and actions to widen the rift between Baghdad and the Kurdish regional government in order to carry out the interest of foreigners, is looking to strip him of the degree. Ahmed Azani, Dean of the University of Salahedin said: “We are working to strip Maliki of his degree”. The philosophy department of the literature college has handed over an official request to Ahmed Azani, asking to take back Maliki’s Master’s degree. The dean has agreed, saying that he will strongly support this request.
