In an obvious referral to Maliki’s dictatorial practices, Kurdish Regional Government President Massud Barzani said a lack of obligation to the Arbil agreement is the reason behind Iraq’s current political crisis. Baghdad TV reiterated the Arbil agreement was the pact the very foundation in establishing the current government is based on.
Barzani stressed until the Arbil agreement is implemented, he has no interest in taking part in the national congress.
