In an interview with Al-Mustaqilla TV, Sarmad Abdulkarim, director of Iraqi News Agency(INA), said the Iranian regime is directly involved in security collapse which we have been facing with these days; all explosions have taken place by the Iranian regime’s bombs and weapons.
Regarding recent events in Basra, Sarmad Abdulkarim said: This security situation is related to the Iranian regime, particularly in Basra province, which borders Iran; and we have daily reports of arms, ammunition and money being smuggled through borders.
Oil is being smuggled officially. Maliki has gone to Basra and has promised that he would confront the oil smugglers, as if he does not know them. The same people who are in the government do these smugglings, if you can name it a ‘government’. The militias smuggle oil to provide money and weapon for themselves.
