The Lebanon Muslim Scholars Association said the Lebanese Hezbollah is blocking the delivery of food supplies, bread and water to thousands of civilians in the town of Arsal in Lebanon near the Syria border.
One of the scholars of this association has told Al Arabiya TV, “Hezbollah has closed the road and is not only blocking the delivery of aid, but also threatening to murder and carry out a massacre.”
