According to Iraq’s Al-Hurra TV government dissidents in al-Anbar Province will be establishing a popular army to prevent the waves of assassinations.
Mohamed al-Doleimi, one of the dissidents’ leaders, said the al-Anbar people are attempting to establish an army to protect the Sunni community against militants, and gangs of murder and destruction.
