Iraqi MP, Motashar Al-Sameraie said it is impossible to accept Maliki for another term because of the increasing unemployment, lack of basic infrastructure and the increase in the number of militias. “Maliki’s policies have drowned the country in the path of crisis, corruption and terrorism leading Iraq to an unknown destiny” he added.  Al-Sameraie cited Iran’s malign influence in Iraq and added that any foreign government which has influence in Iraq, even a slight influence, cannot impose Maliki on us for the third term.
