Senior Iraqiya Coalition member Dr. Zafer al-Ani issued a statement condemning the acts of and provoking measures of a number of agents in attacking Ashraf residents, al-Rashid TV said.
Dr. Zafer al-Ani added these are measures that take place with obvious backing, encouragement and financial support provided by the Iranian regime.
These individuals do not represent the Iraqi people, he added, and based on his remarks it is completely impossible for such people to be able to represent the conscience of the Iraqi people and society.
