Military sources in Syria said senior IRGC commander Hossein Hamedani and five other IRGC generals were all killed in a command post of Iran’s special ops in Syria inside Fort Jorban in the city of Sahl a-Qab, Orient TV reported Friday.
Brigadier generals Mehranzadeh, Shamshir Mohammadi, Parviz Khosrow and Habibollah Ruz, along with a senior Assad naval colonel, were amongst those killed. According to the same sources these individuals were killed five days ago during a special operation.
