After twenty years of the Iranian people’s struggle against absolute reign of Qajar dynasty kings, they gained their first victory on August 5, 1906, and Mozaffaraddin Shah was compelled to accept parliamentary monarchy and endorsed the mandate of Constitutional monarchy.
