On Aug 10, 1988 the leader of Iranian Resistance, Mr. Massoud Rajavi, asked UN and all human rights organizations to take appropriate measures to stop the mass executions of political prisoners in Iran. In another statement addressing the UN Secretary General and Security Council, he wrote: “Moussavi Ardabili, Khomeini regime’s head of Supreme Court has announced recently that the execution of the PMOI members and their supporters which have been carried out so far in groups of 10 and 20, needs no more trials of any kind. ” As Khomeini regime has acknowledged in its media, execution and hanging of groups of innocent people and youth in cities including Ilam, Kermanshah, Kangavar, Eslamabad and kerned has started and is still going on, and the number of arrests, tortures and executions goes up everyday.”
