Following a series of victories by popular resistance forces in Yemen, especially taking over the strategic Bab al-Mandab Strait, Sheikh Mohamad Maqbel al-Homeiri, a member of the Yemen Parliament and commander of popular resistance forces in Ta’izz told Al Arabiya TV: “Resistance forces are ready to cleanse Ta’izz of all Houthi members and troops loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah.”
“I hope the move of popular resistance forces to Ta’izz and cleansing the city will take place not only in the next few days but the next few hours,” he added.
