Popular Resistance Forces, PRF, in Yemen announced they have captured Kariter and Makla regions in Aden, Al Jazeera reported on Wednesday, July 15th. News reports indicate these forces have also made major advances in the Ma’la region.
On July 14th popular resistance forces were able to take over Aden International Airport along with bases belonging to special security forces, all in attacks dubbed ‘Operation Golden Spear’.
The popular resistance force press center said their units have launched attacks on Houthi militants from numerous fronts and after taking over the Khur Maksur district they have cut off all back-up lines to the Houthi rebels in Abiyen Province.
