Yemen President Abed Rabbo Mansour Hadi says the timing for the operation to liberate Ma’rib and al-Jawf provinces will be announced accordingly and advances towards Sana’a will follow afterwards.

Ta’izz Province in the southwest areas of Yemen has witnessed heavy battles between popular resistance forces and Houthi militants in eastern areas around the city of Ta’izz. Reports indicate Houthi militants are receiving their military equipment through Port al-Mukha.
