Houthi militants and troops loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah of the Presidential Guard surrendered their ranks and arms to popular resistance forces, Al Arabiya TV reported on Friday, August 14th citing tribal sources in Maareb Province.
They surrendered immediately to popular resistance forces and placed down their weapons once their positions came under heavy fire.
