Five people have died after an Amtrak train derailed near Philadelphia in United States. At 50 others have thought to have been injured, 6 of them in critical condition.
There were 240 people on board the Amtrak train. The Train was traveling from Washington to New York when it crashed on Tuesday night. Up to 10 carriages toppled over. The train crashed shortly after leaving the station. Fire fighters are using latter to search for those trapped in the wreckage. Mayor Michael Natter, mayor of Philadelphia described the scene as a disastrous mess.
