The U.S. State Department’s Iraq coordinator, David Satterfield expressed concern over Iranian Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) relations with the radical Iraqi Shiite fighters by arming and training them in Iraq, Al-Sharqia TV reported on Friday, March 14, 2008.

Mr. Satterfield in a communiqué said despite several rounds of negotiations with Iranian regime on the security of Iraq, there has been no change on the behavior of this regime. He also said that there is a possibility of links between Al-Qaeda and Iranian regime.
