United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon called on all Member States that have the ability to take practical action to actually carry out firm measures against ISIS. He told reporters he calls on the international community and those who have assets at their disposal to take firm action, adding this is vital and the top priority to protect civilians.
Ban Ki-moon added he expects the Security Council to play a leading role in the fight against militants.
