In a British parliamentary session, the UK Defense Minister affirmed that the flow of arms and ammos consignment from Iran to Iraq is still going on, UK Parliament website indicated on March 7, 2008.

Des Browne replying to questions of British MPs said that there are undeniable documents indicating the continuation of arms and military equipments transfer from Iran to Iraq. The weapon consignments seized were made in Iran.

Also in that session a British Member of Parliament confirmed the death of a British soldier in Basra during last week was as a result of a blast by Iranian made rocket.
