Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan emphasized Syria cannot be saved while Bashar Assad is still part of this country.
“Syria opposition forces reject any solution having Assad remaining in his post,” he added.
“If it was possible to save Syria with Assad in power it would have been accomplished 5 years ago,” Erdogan continued.
“The fight goes on because the Syrian opposition does not accept Assad remaining in power,” the Turkish President finalized.
