Apache helicopters carried out heavy attacks on Houthi positions in hilltops west of Ma’rib on Friday, Al Jazeera TV reported.
Popular resistance forces and Yemen National Army units have captured important positions in the west Ma’rib front.
1,000 Yemeni troops trained in Saudi Arabia have arrived in a base located in the 3rd military district of Ma’rib. These troops had entered Yemen through the Vadi’e crossing.
