Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said to protect civilians his country is determined to impose a no-fly zone over northern Syria, BBC reported on Wednesday, August 12th.
Davutoglu said they will work with the United States to establish a safe zone to allow people fleeing from ISIS take refuge there. This is a safe zone against ISIS and the Syrian regime at the same time, he emphasized, adding this will be an area where civilians can stay in without being afraid of attacks and getting killed.
