Ali Fazeli, head of the Iran Chamber of Storeowners said, “There will be no permits issued for McDonald’s in Iran.”
“To have such businesses enter the country the establishment’s policymaking body must decide if such issues and such permits are considerable for these companies or not,” he added.
The American company McDonald’s is the largest chain restaurant in the world with over 35,000 branches in 119 countries.
