Al Rafedein TV, 16 Oct 2013 – Maliki’s prisons office from three days ago has conducted systematic tortures of inmates in Taji and Nosseriya prisons.
Maliki’s militant forces use force to enter the prison wards and torture the inmates under the watch of the prison management.
