French Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Pascale Andréani said that Ali Ahani was summoned to Foreign Ministry to formal protest against Ahamadinejad’s statement which he called once again for destruction of Israel, Radio France reported on Feb. 1, 2008.

She said that the French government officials expressed their strong opposition and execration to the Iranian regime’s ambassador.
