Lattakia province, The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, 28/10/2016 – Grad missiles were fired by rebels at the area of Hmemem military airport in Jabla city, base for the Russian forces. Missiles also targeted al-Qerdaha that killed 1 person and wounded 6 others. Assad regime’s forces targeted areas of the Turkman mount, but still no reports of losses or casualties.
