Concerns regarding Geneva agreement violations in Homs existed and with the launching of surface to surface missiles by the Assad regime, it all became true, Orient TV reported.
According to reports received from Homs, the Assad regime in a stark violation of international obligations fired surface-to-surface missiles into northern Homs.
Assad’s mercenaries also shelled and bombarded heavily the al-Wa’r region of Homs, leaving dozens of civilians dead and injured, and many of their conditions are reported as critical.
Another article of the agreements violated by the Assad regime included the installation of concrete walls around al-Wa’r area to intensify the siege. Assad forces started closing roads that were open before this agreement. Assad’s Shabiha agents along with other so-called Syrian national defense forces are searching home to home in all neighborhoods and in the meantime stealing items belonging to the residents. In many cases they are setting ablaze homes and other areas.
