Syria fighters in the northern fronts said they have destroyed a Russian cargo plane carrying new main battle tanks inside the Hamimim airbase in the city of Jibla in Latakia Province, Orient TV reported.
The Fatah Army issued a statement along with a video clip saying the Hamimim airbase around Latakia was targeted with Grad missiles.
The Fatah Army emphasized according to the information they obtained from inside the airport they became informed of the Russian officers’ presence there.
