Saleh Mutlaq: Iran’s meddling in Iraq has reached to painful dimensions

In an interview with Rafidain TV, Dr. Saleh Mutlaq, leader of the Iraqi National Dialogue Front, said: Unfortunately, the Iranian regime’s meddling in Iraq concerns us because they say the US-Iran war will be determined in Baghdad’s streets. We don’t bear this issue; one of the concerning issues for Iraqis is the Iran-US talks in Baghdad, because the Iraqis are paying its price.

Dr. Mutlaq referred to Ahmadinejad’s visit of Iraq and said: The Iranian regime is accused by the security systems of the same Iraqi government; Hoshyar Zebari and most of the Iraqi officials say the Iranian regime has negative meddling in Iraq. Most of the nationalistic forces say that Iranian regime supports militias and death squads in Iraq and have given them shelter; there are many families that have lost their members due to Iranian regime’s meddling; today there are close to one million widows in Iraq, mainly because of the functions of Iran-supported militias; our relation with the Iranian regime is critical; its meddling has reached to painful dimensions.
