According to Addustoor daily a senior officer of the Iranian regime’s Quds Force has been arrested. Security sources said Special Forces conducted airborne operations, surrounding and arresting a senior officer of the Iranian regime’s Quds Force east of the small city of Meqdadiya, northeast of Baghdad. The Iraqi authorities then transferred this element of the Iranian regime’s Revolutionary Guards to Baghdad for interrogation.
