About the arrest of commander of Zafar Base, Brig. Gen. Farhadi in Sulaimaniyah, Iraqi President Talibani said: “he is affiliated to the Qods corps and the Americans have decided to arrest anyone with connection to the Qods corps stepping on Iraqi soil.”
