In a press conference in Paris on Wednesday, the Iranian Resistance revealed Iran’s meddling in French Judiciary and asked for judicial prosecution of the mullahs’ regime’s heads on the charge of crime against humanity. .
William Bourdon, the prominent French jurists said: ’We ask for the legal prosecution of the Iranian regime’s leaders on the charge of crimes they committed against the Iranian people.’
At this press conference, Mohammad Mohaddessin, chief of the Foreign Commission of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, said: In a condition that the Iranian regime is at war with international community, it is in rigorous need to suppress its opposition. This is the main ’reason behind consecutive complaints of the mullahs regime against the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) and Iranian Resistance.
He added: The Iranian regime has allocated millions of dollars for such lawsuits. He showed to the audience the document of one million dollar pay off and said: since the efforts of the mullahs’ regime and the previous French government regardsing the June 17,2003 file(when French police raided Mrs. Rajavi’s residence)was futile, the regime has launched new copmlaints and opening new files. To this end, the mullahs’ regime has allocated millions of dollars to open such files.
