Al-Hura T.V. reported, on Nov. 24, the Iraqi Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi in an announcement stated: Departing from religious allotment and spread of sectarianism is bound to revising election regulations and holding early elections.

Al-Hashemi added the federalism state must be based on progress in managing the government not religious division; otherwise it will end to division of the country.

Iraq needs a real national reconciliation. After four years deep differences exist about many subjects among them the management of government.
