In an interview with Rafidain TV, Sheik Jassim al-Kadhim, president of the Association of Nationalist and Independent Iraqi Tribes from southern Iraq, elaborated on the statement of 300,000 southern Iraqi tribal Shiites against the Iran’s meddling in Iraq.

Sheik Jassim al-Kadhim: This statement which is about the Iranian terrorist regime’s meddling in Iraq has been signed by 300,000 of Shiites from the southern Iraqi provinces. This statement is released by Shiite societies and organizations in the south in which the signatories condemned the spread of insecurity in their region and asked UN to dispatch a delegation to investigate the crimes that the Iranian regime and its agents have committed during the last four years in Iraq.

Sheik Jassim al-Kadhim told Rafidain TV: Among the signatories of the statement of the southern Iraq’s Shiites are 14 clergies, 600 tribal sheikhs, 250 lawyers and jurists, 2,200 physicians, engineers and university professors as well as 25,000 women.
