Orient TV cited the Jobar advertising office in Damascus reporting Assad forces targeted this neighborhood with poisonous gases, killing and injuring a number of defenseless residents. Based on posted pictures there has been signs of suffocation and breathing difficulties seen amongst those injured.
“After a few days we have had 4 martyrs and 30 injured people… the Jobar neighborhood was targeted with poisonous gasses which appears to be the agent chlorine … four people died instantly… Fearing the fall of the Jobar neighborhood in Damascus and by taking advantage of the international community’s neglect, Assad has resorted to using chemical weapons again,” said Oman Hamza, press speaker of the Revolution Command Council.
