International organizations are warning of deteriorating humanitarian conditions inside Syria. The UN World Food Program in a report warned about the threats facing the lives of Syrian residents, especially the people living in northeast Syria in the al-Reqqa, Deir al-Zur and Haske provinces. This report states the blockade and restrictions imposed by the Assad regime has still prevented humanitarian aid to 12 of Syria’s 14 provinces.
