Al Rafedein TV broadcasted a report on Maliki’s repressive measures against demonstrators, saying it has obtained films and footages showing Maliki has sent spies to the city of Mosul in northern Iraq to take pictures and films of demonstrators.
Eyewitnesses in Mosul said these spies are missioned to take pictures of demonstrators in Tahrir Square to identify and arrest sit-in and rally organizers.
Sending spies to sit-in squares are amongst the measures Maliki is taking to frighten people from taking part in such protest rallies.
