Al Tagheer TV, 17 Oct 2013 – The deteriorating security conditions and increasing violence led the Iraqiya Coalition led by Ayad Allawi emphasize its demand based on Prime Minister Nouri Maliki stepping down from his post in order to save the people’s lives and Iraq’s prestige.
The Iraqiya Coalition issued a statement announcing that the continuing security deteriorating conditions and the murder of a number of more innocent people taking place on a daily basis and in all provinces place under a government in which terrorist forces and militants freely take action without any obstacles.
The Iraqiya Coalition called on Maliki to resign from his post and hand it over to an individual that would be able to run the country and supervise free and healthy elections on the specified date.
