Arif Taifour, Iraqi Parliament’s deputy spokesman condemned shelling Iraqi border region by the clerical regime and asked regime to cease this transgression, Sawt al-Iraq website reported.

Arif Taifour said: The cannonade targeted Qal’a Dizeh area which caused horror and worry among inhabitants and made many families leave their homes.

The website added: Dindar Zebari, Kurdistan’s coordinator in the UN also expressed his dissatisfaction over this matter and asked for more efforts by the central government to stop these assaults as soon as possible.
