Iraqi MP and Iraqiya Coalition spokeswoman Meisoun al-Damalouji said it was wrong from the beginning to participate in the Iraqi government.
“It is our responsibility to save the country from the increasing crises. Maliki has kept the corruption dossiers a secret and protects the corrupt individuals. The Iraqiya members are constantly threatened and attacked, and they are pressured to step down from the elections. Iraq is drowning in a quagmire of lack of security and also financial corruption, in a way that it has turned into one of the worst countries in the world regarding the lack of national reconciliation,” she said.
