Asharqiya TV reported that the Iraqi Army declared that during an attack-and-search operation in areas close to Iranian border in Wassit province, it has discovered and confiscated caches of improved Iran-made ammunitions.

Captain Maajed Latif al-Emara, head of investigation committee in Wassit, said: “There are a lot of border crossing and penetrating into Iraq by the Iranian regime.”
