British Foreign Secretary David Miliband, on Sep. 28, called on Iranian regime to stop its nuclear programme and end its support of terrorism. In his speech before the UN General Assembly, he added that Iranian regime must comply with the UN Security Council resolutions. The regime has contravened three UNSC resolutions, which must be stopped. Iranian regime also must change its demeanor and respect international laws and its obligations and end supporting terrorist groups in Iraq and Afghanistan.
