Stuart Levey, the Treasury Department’s under secretary for terrorism and financial intelligence, said that the Iranian regime must totally be left out of the world’s banking system as long as it hasn’t abandoned its nuclear arms programs.
Levey, who has traveled to Rome for the banking sanction on the Iranian regime, said in a press conference that the Iranian regime has lost some of its financial resources to expand its nuclear and missile program.
Levey added that international isolation is one of the suitable ways to prevent the illegal nuclear and military program of the Iranian regime.
