Syrian rebels in the city of Hama blocked efforts by Assad regime forces aimed at advancing in this region, Orient TV reported. At least 100 Assad troops were killed and a number of tanks and armored vehicles were destroyed.
From the city of Hama and the region of Murk news reports indicate the Assad regime attempted to take over these areas, including others near Idlib while most of the area is under rebel control. The rebels in their attacks killed at least 100 of the Assad regime forces, along with destroying 7 tanks, armored vehicles and with medium-range artillery weaponry. In the end, the Assad regime failed to take over the cities.
