The strike launched by gold retailers in the city of Tabriz continued for the 9th consecutive day. This rally began on Saturday, May 17th, protesting tax extortion and custom rates.
According to other news Isfahan gold retailers also continued their strike. The Honar Gold Bazaar, one of the largest in Isfahan, was also reported as being closed.
