Arab coalition warplanes launched their heaviest attacks from the beginning of the war on Sana’a, Al Arabiya TV reported on Saturday, September 5th. These airstrikes targeted bases belonging to Houthi militants and troops loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah in various areas, including the Bihan region where missiles were fired towards coalition soldiers.
The Defense Ministry headquarters, currently under Houthi control, were amongst the targets of the Arab coalition warplanes.
Moreover, in southern Sana’a a special forces base was also targeted in airstrikes. One of the Houthis’ largest weapons caches in the Sarvah district was also bombed in Ma’rib Province.
