In an interview with Babeliya TV, Haydar Mulla, the spokesman of the Iraqi National Dialogue Front, condemning the missile attack against Ashraf city, asked the Iraqi government and the United Nations to confront such intervening measures by the Iranian regime.
In the beginning of this interview, Babeliya TV said: Mrs. Maryam Rajavi asked the ICRC, the United Nations Security Council, the UNHCR, and the MNF-I to punish Iran for this missile attack.
Babeliya added: according to a document dated 2006, the MNF-I is strongly obliged for the security and protection of Ashraf. The PMOI also enjoys the protection of the ICRC.
In the interview, Mr. Mulla said: the missile attack on the city of Ashraf in Diyala province in Iraq is part of Iranian regime’s meddling. The people of Iraq, from north to the south, reject this action. The whole people of Iraq are suffering from Iran’s meddling. Therefore, this issue is an aggression against the national sovereignty and is a flagrant meddling, and the Iraqi government must take stance against such blatant aggressions.
