In a statement, the Diyala Salvation Front called all Iraqi political fractions for an urgent session in support of an Iraqi government headed by Ayad Allawi, the former Iraqi Premier.

Pointing out to the failure of Maliki’s government in resolving Iraq’s crises, this statement reads: ” The Diyala Salvation Front which from the beginning of foundation has been active along the establishment of security and peace in Iraq and against terrorism in its various political and sectarian conducts, believes that the only solution to the present calamitous situation is the formation of a new government headed by Ayad Allawi.”
