Details on complete takeover of Abyan Province in southern Yemen

Al Jazeera TV, 15 August 2015:

The complete takeover of Abyan Province came with popular resistance forces clashing against Houthi militants, leaving dozens of the Houthis killed and those remaining alive fleeing to the nearby Thara hilltops between the Loder and Maki-rat areas.
In the city of Zinjibar, capital of Abyan Province which has been recently liberated by the popular resistance forces, life is becoming normal again without the Houthi occupation despite power outages, no available water and communications.
Popular resistance forces are continuing their advances. They have cemented their complete control over Abyan Province, while this province was prior to this under the occupation of Houthi militants and troops loyal to ousted dictator Ali Abdullah Salah. Popular resistance forces launched operations and captured the cities of Loder in the eastern sections of this province. This city was under an intense siege imposed by the Houthis and the people were living under harsh conditions.
People and local officials in Abyan are worried over a large number of landmines the Houthis have planted throughout the province.
