According to AFP, the US Vice President warned Russia for its selling arms sales to the Iranian regime.
In an international security conference in Italy, Dick Cheney called sales of Russian arms to the Iranian and Syrian regimes as “arming terrorist militias” in the Middle East.

Dick Cheney added that Russia had sold sophisticated weapons to Iran and Syria. Some of these arms have been sent for terrorist militias in Lebanon and Iraq.
