INTV, 4 Nov 2013 – General Zaher al-Saket, former head of the chemical branch in the Syrian Army’s 5th Division, defected from Assad’s ranks and files, sheds light on the Syrian dictator’s plots.
“Howthi fundamentalists in Yemen have signed a deal to purchase a ton of the chemical substances. This substance continues to be available in Syria. The price of this amount of substance is $1 billion,” he said.
“The work done by the OPCW is de-functioning a number of devices to stop it from working, yet the chemical substances are still in Syria,” he added.
